World No Tobacco Day (WNTD), which was launched by the World Health Organization (WHO), is observed on May 31st every year to raise awareness about the ill effects of tobacco consumption and highlight the risk associated with smoking cigarettes. Today we are putting together a list of helpful tips for you to quit your disgusting habit.
Once you have a little monster you won’t have the time to run to the tapri for a pack of smokes. You’ll have bigger problems. Also, I’m told children are expensive and you could save a lot of your hard earned money by quitting. Also, what about when the kid grows up and wants to study in the US.

Find Something Else to Satisfy You
Every time you feel like smoking a cigarette, you can go have s*x instead.
It’s a very simple choice.
Just use condoms or don’t come crying to me if this leads you to the previous quitting solution we gave you.
It’s hard to quit smoking when all your colleagues try to pull you outside for smoke breaks. Instead, you can pretend you are actually busy with work when they ask you to go outside, instead of playing DOTA.
And if you want to smoke really badly, just slap an intern in the face. You’ll feel better, I promise.
You can try eating lollipops every time you want to smoke a cigarette. The only problem is you’ll become that weirdo who likes lollipops.
When quitting is really getting you down and you feel like you can’t do it anymore, you could just count the money you save over and over in your head.
Chew on a Stick or Something, I don’t know quitting is difficult.
