Born on 31st July 1987 in Minnesota, America is an Instagram fitness star, trainer and an entrepreneur. At 17, she moved to Oklahoma for college. She graduated with a degree in Sports medicine. She was very thin and had no muscle tone until she was approached by a local gym trainer in 2011.
Her fame rose when she started to post her workout and fit body pictures on Instagram. She now has more than 4,032,224 Instagram followers. She regularly shares fitness tips and works as an ambassador for brands like F45 training. But like every other fitness celebrity she also works hard and has a perfect diet to maintain the physique.

Starting with a perfect breakfast is the most important thing when you are in body-building. Many people think that skipping meals can help them to lose their weight. Paige eats a black bean burrito or a plant-based protein shale. She also includes flax milk, probiotics, and some greens.

Snack include peanut butter banana wraps, veggies, protein shake, fruits and Greek yogurt. Her secret is the chia pudding that she makes by mixing 1/3 cup of white chia seeds, 1 cup of nut milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, a bit of vanilla, and protein powder.
She works out at F45, a team-based training. It is a functional training facility which works on three main factors such as Innovation, Motivation, and Results. Paige says that they have unique programs every day not repeating the same workouts and exercise. She joined Instagram in 2015 and started posting her workout pictures which generated a huge following making her one of the top female social media fitness stars.
