Police released CCTV images of three women they wanted to speak to in relation to the probe after items worth $600 were stolen from a shop in Perth, Australia
Two women have been charged after allegedly stealing high-end vibrators from a sex shop. Police previously released CCTV images of three women they wanted to speak to in relation to the probe after items worth $600 were stolen from Libido in Perth, Australia. Two women, aged 19, have now been charged, according to reports.
It is not known whether these are the same women who appeared in the appeal. According to earlier reports, two women allegedly removed the packaging of four vibrators and fled the shop with the items hidden in their clothes. Shop owner Garry Smith said in statement that the women had escaped with some of his best sellers.
Packaging for the products was allegedly left the changing rooms. Garry offered a $50 voucher for anyone who could help identify the culprits. He claimed $2,500 worth of products were stolen from Libido every six months. But he warned: “Without exception we will seek prosecution for every theft.
“The message is, don’t do it.”
