Yes, we are back with yet another fitness model and today we are talking about Anna Nystrom a 25-year-old chipper beauty from Stockholm, Sweden. In our last edition of hot fitness celebrities, we sneaked into Shweta Rathore’s training and diet plan which helps her to keep up with her perfect body shape.
You might not see perfect-looking abs or a muscular body but with her robust health quo, Anna is probably the most beautiful woman in Sweden. Anna was born on January 17, 1993, in Sweden.
“It all started in 2013 when I created my social media account, like many others. During this time, I was going through a difficult time with my health and I had days when I had too much pain to even make it out of bed” said Anna.
“I have always loved photography, to paint, and everything that involves being creative, so it became natural for me to start sharing that on my social media pages”. She added.
Anna’s workout and training sessions are a bit different from other fitness models as she doesn’t play around when training her glutes, she does not give out much time doing light weight exercises. She prefers to go after the heaviest compound movements which work on multiple body parts, doing reps. She gives out more time training her legs. This is the reason why she has the best-shaped legs and butts you will ever come across.
Anna’s training plan:
Alternating Grip Deadlifts, 4 sets of 6 reps
Thrusters, 4 sets of 8 reps
Goblet Squats, 4 sets of 10 reps
Overhead Squats, 4 sets of 8
Sumo Deadlift, close-grip, 4 sets of 6 reps
Anna Nystrom also keeps a tab on her diet plan like any other fitness model to keep her perfect looking body in proper shape. She makes sure to add vegetables with each of her meals to ensure she gets all the vitamins, minerals, and fiber without the need of a multi-vitamin supplement. Also, between her meals, Anna will take a piece of fruit or a healthy snack to stay satiated. Anna also drinks a lot of filtered water, up to four liters per day. Not only does this give her more energy in the gym, it also helps her maintain a clear skin, healthy hair, and a strong immune system.
One thing you can learn from Anna is that it’s not just the traditional modeling women, anyone can become a fitness model to inspire other women who are struggling with their body. Without any doubts, her cuteness and perfect body make her one of the hottest fitness models on the internet.
