However, once the New Year madness has left you, all you’d be left with is the feeling of lethargy and doom that all this bingeing and drinking will create. A simple solution will help you get out of your binge-belly and hangover – Detox Water. Prepare one or all of these for yourself beforehand and thank us later.

(Note: All recipes need at least 3 liters of water and a glass jug)

1. Strawberry Sweet Lime Detox Water

  • 1 whole cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 whole sweet limes (quartered)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
